Hey y’all! My name is Amanda Parker and I am the Barre Above instructor at Hello Beautiful. I worked as a dental hygienist for 3 years before quitting to be a stay at home mom to my beautiful daughter, Liberty. I have been passionate about fitness and especially fitness classes for over 10 years. As an avid class goer, I was so excited when the opportunity arose to teach barre, one of my favorite classes to attend! I hope to not only teach proper form and technique but also to inspire passion for an active and healthy lifestyle. Meet me at the barre!

Hi! My name is Kyla Gunn and I am so excited to bring Power Pilates to Big Spring. Power Pilates is designed to increase core strength by stretching and strengthening muscles using body weight and light resistance bands. A little twist on your typical Pilates! You will develop control and endurance in the body leaving refreshed and feeling strong in your body and mind. I hope you will join me as we enhance the well being of our daily lives together!

Hello! My name is Daun Garrett. I am a married mother of 3 native Big Spring resident working full time for a local Abstract Company. I am also a certified yoga teacher. My experience includes teaching on a collegiate level, as well as instructing high school athletes, and to the general public of various age ranges. I have always had a passion for fitness, health and wellness. I discovered yoga while in college and decided to take the leap from student to teacher as my interest in yoga increased. My goal in your Power yoga class is to incorporate postures that help to increase flexibility, strength, and range of motion.

Arrival Time
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your session is set to begin. Sessions will begin promptly at scheduled appointment time.
While in Session
- It is not recommended to leave the salt room during the halotherapy session, please use the restroom prior to beginning sessions. No one will be allowed in once the session has started.
- Please refrain from bringing any beverages (including water), chewing gum, or food into the salt room.
- Slipper must be worn at all times. Please leave shoes in locker room.
- In order to keep the salt room in the best shape possible for all WE ask that you Not touch or lick the salt walls. Moisture and oils will damage the salt.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
- Please keep your electronic devices outside of the salt room Hello Beautiful is not responsible for any damages.
- To enhance the experience of everyone in the salt room, we ask that you remain as quiet as possible

Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. If under 24 hours or a no-show, there will be a full charge for the service. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available!
